Jann Rademacher
Jann is co-owner of Radco and brings a wide range of experience to the table. Her background is in financial and management accounting and management. She has over 15 years of experience in this area with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She also has hands on management experience in numerous areas. She has assisted in coordination of multi-million dollar systems installations, designed management and planning processes for a number of organizations, and managed various functions and personnel for all of the above.
In addition, she has done or managed everything there is to do at Radco. Starting from the extra bedroom 30 years ago needless to say there was a lot of design and development to do. Her experience and education provided a solid background upon which to start the process.
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Jann has lived in Charlotte for over 30 years. She realized that she was no longer a Yankee when reflecting on the fact that over half of her life has been spent in Virginia as a student at VA Tech (BS Economics and Business); Texas working for Bank of America; and North Carolina with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Bank of America, and Radco. Jann also has a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
When not at Radco, she loves to garden, go to the gym, play with her Shih Tzu (Kirby), and do jigsaw puzzles.
