The decision making process has many components. How long do you plan to be in your building? What is it’s use? Are there critical operations below? Do you have any special safety and security requirements? It’s not always about what is quickest or least expensive. We help you define your needs and identify which roof systems will work for you!
The “ground up” may sound out of place when talking about roofing, but new construction requires meticulous planning from the moment we arrive at the site. Logistics, roof access, material storage, safety requirements and site constraints are important components of the project. Communication is key to success and communication is our strong suit. We partner not only with the project’s management, but also with the other trades involved. We work as a Team toward everyone’s success.
Your roof is a major asset and it requires ongoing maintenance just like any other part of your building. Roof system manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep their warranties in force. A proactive maintenance program can head off major problems, extend the life of your roof system and fulfill your current roof warranty requirements.
Radco is proficient in the application of roof coatings. They are an excellent roof solution on metal roofs and for other roof rehabilitation. We also install metal roof systems of all types.
