Charlie Rademacher currently serves as Director at Radco Roofing. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Charlie is responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives, with a focus on sustainable growth and safety to ensure that Radco continues to thrive in a competitive market. Currently, Charlie is also serving the roofing industry through his role as a member of the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) Health and Safety Committee.
Prior to his current position, Charlie was Vice President at Société Générale Investment Bank (SGCIB) based in New York City where he specialized in commercial real estate origination and underwriting, contributing significantly to the division’s investment strategies and financial performance.
Before joining SGCIB, Charles worked as an Associate at Arbor Realty Trust where he focused on CMBS, bridge lending, and syndication, further honing his expertise in commercial real estate finance and capital markets.
Earlier in his career, Charles held positions at Wells Fargo Securities in New York, NY and Freddie Mac in McLean, VA that were also focused on commercial real estate origination and asset management.
