Professional Experience
Jann Rademacher is the President and CEO, as well as a founder and owner of Radco Roofing. She has been pivotal in transforming Radco into a leader in the roofing industry. Her leadership and vision have been fundamental in driving the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence. In addition, Jann has also worked to enhance the impact of women in the industry as a past member of the board of directors of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction).
Jann also served as a Vice President at the Bank of America in both North Carolina and Texas. During her 12-year tenure at the bank, she managed various financial functions including Cost Accounting, Quality and Productivity Analysis, Financial Management, Operations Consulting and Systems Installation.
Jann also has experience as a Project Manager at PwC, where she worked in Financial Consulting. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing project management activities and ensuring successful project completions within scope and budget. Her work at PwC in Charlotte, NC further honed her expertise in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
In Jann’s early career, she worked in Financial Management at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis. This experience provided her the foundation to be successful in her various management and analytical roles.
Jann has also served in various volunteer and leadership capacities in the local schools and the community.
Educational Background
Jann’s educational foundation includes an MBA in Management from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. Her advanced studies equipped her with the strategic and managerial skills necessary for her leadership roles. Prior to this, she earned a BS in Economics/Business from Virginia Tech – Pamplin College of Business, providing her with a solid grounding in business principles and economic theory. She also holds Building Licenses in NC, SC, TN, and WV as well as a NABCEF Advanced Certificate.
