Professional Experience
Ted Rademacher is a Founder and Owner of Radco Roofing. With over 40 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry, Ted has designed and overseen the installation of roof systems of all types. In addition to lending his technical expertise to the Team as Radco, he has also served the roofing industry through his roles as a member of the Board of Directors of both the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association), the CRSMCA (Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Association) and NRP (National Roofing Partners). His ability to specify roofing solutions that meet the customers unique needs have been integral to the success of Radco.
Ted also served as the Roofing Division Manager at Trinity Insulation Co. in Dallas, TX. Ted built the roofing division of Trinity and led the roofing group with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Coupled with the organization’s focus on freezer installations, the addition of roofing contributed significantly to Trinity’s growth.
Ted’s career includes the role of Project Manager at Eagle Roof Systems, where he was responsible for coordinating roofing projects and ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
In his early career, Ted worked with Design & Build of Lansing, MI. During this time, Ted honed his skills in construction technology and project supervision, setting the foundation for his future leadership roles.
Having an impact on his community is also important to Ted. He has served in various youth coaching and leadership roles and in community service roles such as Room at the Inn.
Educational Background
Ted holds a degree in Building and Construction Technology from Ferris State University. His education provided him with a strong technical foundation and the practical skills necessary to excel in the construction and roofing industries. Ted also holds Roofing Specialty licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina and a NABCEF Advanced Certificate.
