Professional Experience
Troy Fallon is the Operations Manager at Radco Roofing. Troy brings a wealth of industry experience to the operations role. He is focused on customer communication, detailed project planning, seamless project execution, employee safety and training and the delivery of quality roof installations to the customer.
Prior to joining Radco Roofing, Troy served as the Vice President of Operations at Cannon Roofing in Spartanburg, SC. His responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, crew assignments, production management, material procurement, quality assurance, and repair dispatch.
Troy’s extensive career also includes roles as President and Vice President of Operations at Nations Roof South as well as Operations Manager at Nations Roof of Oregon. In these roles, Troy was fully responsible for operations, staffing, and the financial success of the branch and/or operations at both branches. Working in this environment gave Troy the opportunity not only to further develop his management skills, but also to become familiar with the challenges of managing within a geographically diverse organization.
Previously, Troy was the Operations Manager at Pacific Tech Construction in Kelso, WA. During his tenure he was responsible for the management and profitability of all roofing projects.
Earlier in his career, Troy was a Project Manager at CentiMark Corporation in Portland, OR. His work involved sales and project management. Troy also managed all aspects of Pac West Roofing for six years.
Troy has committed to his community through his roles in youth coaching and leadership.
Educational Background
Troy holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting from Sierra College. This has provided Troy with the background needed to make effective financial decisions related to all aspects of the organization.
