At Radco Roofing, safety isn’t just a policy – it’s at the core of our company culture and the driving force behind every action we take. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards, ensuring that every jobsite is managed to protect our Team and clients. Our commitment to safety involves rigorous training, comprehensive safety protocols and regular inspections, all designed to create a secure work environment.

  • Stand-alone Safety Department performs weekly toolbox talks and monthly safety training.
  • Dedicated in-house safety personnel perform ongoing jobsite safety audits and provide site-specific safety plans for every project.
  • Third party and internal safety demonstrations are provided at each company-wide quarterly meeting.
  • Safety Department hosts monthly mandatory safety training for all field personnel focused on real time safety topics and findings.
  • Each employee in the field is required to be OHSA 10 certified.
  • Each superintendent is required to be OSHA 30 certified.
  • OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certified employees on staff.
  • Member of the NRCA Health and Safety Committee.
  • Invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in safety equipment including guardrails, fall safety equipment, retractable life-lines, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
