Rosewood Condominiums

Rosewood is a luxury condominium complex located in prestigious South Charlotte.  The design is complex, and the roof configuration is no different.  Radco Roofing was called in for the installation.   With expertise in PVC single-ply membrane installations, copper and specialty metal fabrication, standing seam metal installations, and shingles, our expertise met the requirements of the project.

The standing seam copper is a beautiful addition to the common area of the facility.  The eight shingled turrets certainly tested our skills.  The PVC working area provides a very serviceable area for the maintenance of the hundreds of mechanical units necessary to service each living space.  The specialty eyebrows installed as a part of the shingled mansards provide interest to the design.  Of course, close coordination with the other trades working on the project, along with the general contractor, was required.  We are very proud of this beautiful installation!
