Radco Roofing completed a 21,360 square foot roof recovery for a commercial and industrial distribution facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The result: a high-performance roofing system designed to deliver long-term protection and efficiency without disrupting ongoing operations.
The project featured the installation of a Fibertite roof system, selected for having the industry’s heaviest base fabric, a proprietary knit design, with superior puncture and tear resistance—an ideal match for the facility’s performance and maintenance goals.
Rather than a full tear-off, Radco utilized a recover approach, preserving the existing roof system to minimize landfill waste, control costs, and reduce disruption for the client’s active operations.
From planning through completion, this project highlights Radco Roofing’s expertise in executing mid-sized industrial reroofing projects with precision, reliability, and a focus on practical, performance-driven outcomes.
