Radco partnered with Performance Food Group, a leading North American food distributor, to provide a comprehensive roof solution for their cold storage warehouse facility in South Carolina. The facility was experiencing ongoing leaks which caused severe ice build up in the cold and frozen storage areas under the prior roof system.
Radco was excited to utilize a Carlisle TPO roof system which included many recent innovations to the Carlisle product line including wider 16 foot TPO membrane sheets, membrane with seam shield technology and larger 4’x12’ roof top insulation sheets. The roof was fastened using a RhinoBond (induction welding process) for optimal attachment and long-term stability. Due to the intricacies required to efficiently protect dry storage, cold storage and frozen storage under one roof, along with using Carlisle’s innovative product line, the project was recently featured in Carlisle’s “Report From the Field” video series.
