Radco Roofing completed a 21,360 square foot roof recovery for a commercial and industrial distribution facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The result: a high-performance PVC roofing system designed to deliver long-term protection and efficiency without disrupting ongoing operations.
The project featured the installation of a Fibertite PVC roof system, selected for its superior chemical resistance, welded seam durability, and energy-efficient properties—an ideal match for the facility’s performance and maintenance goals.
Rather than a full tear-off, Radco utilized a recover approach, preserving the existing roof system to minimize landfill waste, control costs, and reduce disruption for the client’s active operations.
From planning through completion, this project highlights Radco Roofing’s expertise in executing mid-sized industrial reroofing projects with precision, reliability, and a focus on practical, performance-driven outcomes.
